**Job Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Water & Wastewater Sector and lead & direct the development of water/wastewater Offerings / projects.
- Ability to diagnose complex water and/or wastewater challenges and develop viable remedies / solutions.
- Understand requirements and specifications for water projects.
- Serve as technical expert in support of business development, proposal writing, and client interviews.
- Contribute to asset development by creating POVs and POCs.
- Support the sales team in responding to the RFPs for Water & Wastewater proposal.
- Engage in conversation with Partners & Alliances on the collaboration opportunities for Water Utilities segment.
- Participate and collaborate in client and project development activities while working on multi-disciplinary consulting teams.
- Conduct training and knowledge transition on various tools and systems of Water & Wastewater Sector.
- Significantly contribute to the organization’s reputation through such accomplishments as publishing thought leadership papers, Asset/Accelerator development, Training Module creation, Innovation in Accounts, and presentations to various Accounts, Business Units, Clients, Global Leaders, Partnership & Alliance.
- Support Global E&U Initiatives aligning to Global E&U strategies and creating differentiators to enhance client CXO proximity.

**Primary Skills**:

- Minimum 15 Years of experience in Water and Wastewater domain.
- More than 10 years of experience in industry or prior consulting work.
- Develop a portfolio of business by focusing on high-impact opportunities.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Experience in Stakeholder management and Team Management.
- Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and able to work under deadline pressure.
- Determine that the work delivered is of high quality.
- Good technical knowledge, leadership skills, strong communication skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
