Sme - Operations Transformation 12 to 15 Years

B.Tech / MBA in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering with 12-15 years of experience In Consumer Products manufacturing or operational excellence or operational technology roles or consulting background in similar profiles.
- Must have worked upon / implemented few of the above requirements and must have good understating of Industry 4.0, Connected Factories etc.
- Should have good background on how organizations are leveraging Cloud, Data Analytics, AI/ML for building innovative solutions and solving industry challenges
- Provide leadership for large digital transformation programs in Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing (Digital Twins, Connected Production Systems, IoT, Smart Edge Devices, Cloud etc)
- Expertise in Industry Best Practices, Manufacturing Industry Standards like the ISO, GMP will be preferred.
- Work closely with cross functional teams in identifying operational efficiency opportunities under categories like Lean-Sigma, Material Sourcing, Manufacturing process improvements etc and unlocking value by way of technology led modernization programs, etc
- Ability and demonstrated experience to work with senior business stakeholders to align strategy / client goals etc, lead/collaborate with Manufacturing and IT teams to execute global enterprise Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) program implementations.
- Exposure to evaluate business requirements and recommend system design and configurations to maximize functionality of various systems to achieve operational excellence.
**Primary Skills**:
