Job Title: SME International Voice Operations - Bangalore

Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Voice Operations with excellent communication skills. This role is ideal for professionals who have led or acted as SMEs in international voice processes and are ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor voice process teams, ensuring high-quality customer interactions
  • Handle escalations and complex queries with precision and professionalism
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency
  • Drive performance metrics and ensure SLA adherence
  • Provide training and support to new team members

Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in international voice processes
  • Prior experience as a designated SME or acting SME is mandatory
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preference for candidates with provider calling experience
  • Ability to join immediately or within 15 days
