Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team at The Nesavu, a vibrant and growing kidswear brand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experiences with our brand are positive and memorable.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Engagement**: Actively manage our brand’s social media presence by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Direct Message (DM) Handling**: Efficiently handle customer queries and concerns through direct messages across our social media platforms.
- **Phone Support**: Provide phone support to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with order placements.
- **Order Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, and addressing any post-purchase concerns.
- **Feedback Collection**: Solicit customer feedback to improve our products and services, and share insights with the team.
- **Brand Representation**: Uphold the values and image of The Nesavu in all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and customer engagement tactics.
- Empathetic and patient, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
