**VACANCY FOR ACCOMMODATION EXECUTIVE**
**SGT University (NAAC A+ Grade Accredited), **in its campus spread over 70 acres near Gurgaon, offers around 160+ programmes in Medical and Non-Medical domains. It nurtures more than seven thousand students and is a hub of activities involving the nation’s who’s who. It is a part of a group spanning the fields of education and hospitality. The University employs close to three thousand people. The campus has accommodation for employees and hostels for students and offers excellent support facilities such as shopping complex, medical facilities, sports, entertainment, and transportation. The campus is located less than 5 km from the Delhi border of Daurala and offers convenient access to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.

**Qualification & Experience:
- **
Any One of the following: -:
1.) Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2.) Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry required.
3.) Strong organizational and time management skills.
4.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6.) Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance techniques, equipment, and supplies.
7.) Understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
8.) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
1.) Maintain an accurate inventory of available rooms, considering factors such as room types, guest preferences, and special requests.
2.) Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
3.)Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures.
4.) Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
5.) Coordinate maintenance and repair work with internal maintenance staff and external vendors.
6.) Keep records of maintenance requests, work orders, and repairs completed.
7.) Manage guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes.
8.) Maintain accurate guest ledgers and financial records.
9.) Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and billing disputes professionally and efficiently.
