**Position - AM - Export Marketing ( Customer Services )**

**Experience - 4-8 years**

**Location
- Bhosari, pune.**

Education: B.E. Mechanical/Electronics OR Additional Qualification on Foreign ( EU / North America ) Trade and Languages.Experience: 6 -10 years in engineering

**companyWorking-** 6 days a week

**Responsibilities**:

- Quotations to Sister divisions (North America & Australia)
- Handling Customer RFQs, generating quotations in ERP system
- Strong Support in production follow up for timely execution of orders & for shipments
- Quotation follow-up with respective department
- Lead time improvement, expediting
- overdues / due orders, communicating with customers by sharing order book on monthly basis
- Samples expedite to increase the business
- Support for Quality complaints and resolve the issue in coordination with Quality dept.
- To handle customer complaints to resolve amicably with proper analysis

**Special Key Activities**:

- Quote analysis & improve Hit Rate
- Find ways to improve on Time delivery
- Prompt and Excellent communication (English) skills are required.
- Hands On experience in handling Export Marketing.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
