We are now looking for a **Sales Officer - HoReCa Sales** in **Chennai** to further strengthen our presence in the South Indian market.

**Role Overview**

The **Sales Officer - HoReCa Sales** will be responsible for managing and expanding HoReCa business in Chennai. The role requires strong **frozen food industry experience** with a proven network in the HoReCa segment, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, acquire, and grow **HoReCa customers** (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, and institutional clients) in Chennai.
- Build long-term partnerships with chefs, purchase managers, and key decision-makers in the food service industry.
- Conduct **product presentations, tastings, and promotional activities** to increase brand visibility and product acceptance.
- Drive sales through distributors and ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends to provide insights to management.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and forecasts.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- **3-5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with a strong focus on HoReCa sales (mandatory).**:

- Established client network in Chennai’s HoReCa market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel across the region for business development and client servicing.
