Front Office Executive

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist visitors in navigating the office and notify employees of their arrival.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office documents.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises.
- Organize and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor and manage visitor access to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Issue visitor badges and maintain a visitor log.
- Operate and manage office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
- Assist with basic IT support and liaise with the IT department for technical issues.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
