**Job Title: IT System & Administrator**
**Location : Near ruby hall, Pune Station, Pune**
**On site**

Roles and Responsibilities:

- **System Management**:
Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers (both physical and virtual), including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting. Manage and optimize network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
.**User Support**:
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
**Security & Compliance**: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures, including regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and patching. Ensure data backup and recovery processes are robust and regularly tested.
**Monitoring & Optimization**: Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
**Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering teams to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that enhance their productivity. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
**Innovation**: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in IT administration and recommend improvements to our existing infrastructure.
**Administration**: Looking after administration roles for organization to have a smooth flow of operation
**Co-ordination**:Coordination between employee and external vendors for required operations
**Purchase**:Helping the external vendor with quotations about hardware products
