**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors and clients, maintain the reception area, and handle inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them appropriately.
- **Telecalling**:
- Make outbound calls to clients/customers for promotions, follow-ups, or feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products/services.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with data entry, maintaining logs, and managing appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier services.
- **Customer Relationship**:
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients through professional communication.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: 1+ year in a similar role preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused attitude.
