**Position**: Remote Sales Executive - CAE Training Courses (US Shift)
**Work Timing**: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)
**Location**: Work From Home
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for CAE and engineering training programs.
- Communicate effectively with international students and professionals (mainly US region).
- Conduct online consultations and course presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align sales goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in **EdTech, training, or service-based sales**.
- Strong English communication and client engagement skills.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to **international/US sales** processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Ability to work during **4:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)**.

Pay: ₹9,488.04 - ₹33,178.98 per month
