**Job Title**: Office Administrator - Solar Division

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our pre-sales and sales teams and manage solar project coordination.
**Job Summary**: As Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations and communication between the sales team, clients, and project managers. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient back-office operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Pre-Sales Support**:
a. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.
b. Manage and respond to incoming inquiries from customers regarding solar products and services.
c. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and assist in lead generation efforts.
**2. Sales Coordination**:
a. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status in the CRM system.
b. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, follow-ups, and customer consultations.
c. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of sales materials and documentation.
**3. Project Administration**:
a. Support project managers in planning and executing solar installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project timelines.
b. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance forms.
c. Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
**4. Office Management**:
a. Handle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
b. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
c. Assist with inventory management, tracking supplies, and placing orders when necessary.
**5. Team Coordination**:
a. Serve as a liaison between various departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
b. Coordinate team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
c. Support onboarding and training of new team members by providing necessary resources and guidance.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales or project coordination.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (experience with [insert CRM software, if applicable]).
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of solar energy products and services is a plus, but not required.

Pay: ₹9,619.13 - ₹24,000.00 per month
