**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dining Area Setup & Cleanliness**:

- Set up and arrange tables for dining, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement of cutlery, glassware, and linen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service hours.
- **Guest Service**:

- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Attend to guests' needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Clear tables and remove used items promptly while maintaining a neat appearance.
- **Support to Service Team**:

- Support the front-of-house team by providing assistance during peak hours, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
- Assist with serving food and drinks, ensuring correct portion sizes and presentation.
- **Stock and Supply Management**:

- Ensure adequate stock of glassware, cutlery, napkins, and other items required for service.
- Report any stock shortages or maintenance issues to management.
- **Health and Safety Standards**:

- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations to ensure the safety of both guests and staff.
- Ensure that all areas are kept clean and well-maintained, especially food preparation and serving areas.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- **Minimum 1 year** of experience as a **Service Steward** or in a similar role within the hotel or restaurant industry.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and setting up dining tables.
- Punctual and reliable.
