**Location**: Hyderabad

**Responsibilities: City**
**Operations Executive**
- Managing the city operations - appointment schedules, appointment completion and device movement within the city
- Ensure maximum appointments are completed within a single day
- Take ownership of the operational assets and ensure their quality maintenance.
- Scheduling the appointment related tasks within the given deadline and ensure task/appointment within the most optimum cost.
- Motivating and training the Scanning dentists on handling operational issues.
work from office, Regular / Permanent
- Working closely with clinic doctors and vendors in resolving clinic infrastructure related issues.
- Preparing monthly city reimbursement and vendor payouts and ensuring a timely submission of the data.

**Schedule**:

- 9 hours working
- 6 days a week (Week-off on roster basis)

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Have to be ready to work out of the Bangalore office permanently and have to follow the basic clinical protocols while interacting with the customer online via video calls.

**Experience**:

- Total work experience: 1-3 years after graduation
- Graduate/post graduate in science or any other field
- 1-2 years operational experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A high degree of initiative to work collaboratively on a team and independently.
- Willing to work in a startup environment (fast-paced).
- Should not own a clinic or be associated with any other clinic.
