Nivoda is looking for a Operations Executive to work for its India office, buying diamonds for our global customers

**What you'll do**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Make sure all customer requests for information related to diamonds on our platform get fulfilled in a timely fashion, in accordance with quality preferences of customers
- Negotiate on prices of diamonds with suppliers as and when required
- Get answers for enquiries from customers
- Communicate with suppliers through the Nivoda platform
- Work closely with India Ops and Customer Relationship teams to interact with customers in case of a quality issue
- Interact with customers and our Customer Relationship team to discuss availability of diamonds and relay quality questions to suppliers
- Work closely with our Supplier Relationships team to maintain positive relationships with all suppliers
- Work closely with our Supplier Relationships team to make sure all suppliers are using the Nivoda platform to communicate and reply to incoming enquiries and orders
- Manage and Request suppliers for all Diamond Holds requested by customers
- Find replacement stones for sold out stones for our customers

**What you'll need**:

- Excellent verbal and written Communication
- 1-4 years of work experience in any sector
- Graduate from Top Tier College in any stream with good scores
- Comfortable with MS Office -Word/Excel
