**About Us**:
TechCadd Computer Education is a leading company dedicated to provide training to young generation. We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing trainer to join our dynamic team and help us leverage data-driven insights to achieve our objectives.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing training materials, including presentations, case studies, exercises, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on various digital marketing topics to individuals and groups, both in-person and online.
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training content is relevant and up to date.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them improve their digital marketing skills and achieve their learning objectives.
- Assist in the development of new training courses and workshops based on market demand and emerging industry trends.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing content to blogs, webinars, and other promotional materials related to digital marketing training.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and other relevant data to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to ensure training sessions are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creativity and a passion for staying updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Phagwara, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
