**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for both print and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity through the design of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance the visual impact of our materials.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that design concepts align with project goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Phagwara, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
