**Job Requirements**Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and develop test strategies.
- Design, develop, and implement automated test systems using National Instruments LAbVIEW software.
- Develop and execute test sequences, test plans, and test cases for a variety of products.
- Debug and troubleshoot test systems, including identifying and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Perform data analysis and interpret test results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate test systems with other equipment and systems.
- Ensure the reliability and accuracy of test systems by conducting system validation and verification activities.
- Document test system designs, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in test automation technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
- Adhere to project schedules and deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Instrumentation.
- Strong proficiency in National Instruments LabVIEW software.
- Preferred to have an active or a recent CLD(Certified LabVIEW Developer) certification.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing automated test systems using NI LabVIEW.
- In-depth knowledge of test automation principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with DAQmx, NI FPGA, cRIO based control and data acquisition.
- Hands on experience with LVOOP (LabVIEW Object Oriented Programming).
- Experience with version control softwares like Github, Sourcetree.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret test data.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
