Looking for a Billing with Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience preferably from Healthcare background, should be able to communicate in Kannada.

Job Role:
**Invoicing**:

- Raising Monthly Invoices, Cross checking medicine, sending rental equipment details for payments, Handling patients’ queries related to billing, sending receipts to customers as and when required.

**Collection**:

- Sending bill wise details to customer (Mail / what’s ups) & making a follow up call for payments to customer.
- Checking outstanding payment of customer and updating the same.
- Updating of collection in collection sheet
- Depositing Cheque at bank

**Reporting**:

- Sending Outstanding report and Refund details to Accounts team.
- Cross verification of Medicine bill every 15 days once, Cross verification of lab bill.

**Data updating in CRM**:

- Completing the services on a day-to-day basis for active patients.
- Closing new admission lead.
- Updating of extra food charges, diagnosis charges (Focus / Green view), lab charges, medicine charges, all kinds of Therapy charges, ambulance charges, specialized consultation charges & physio equipment charges.
- Checking patient files and updating about Procedure (urine catheterization, tube insertion etc.)

**Communicating**:

- Communicate with the Center head for patient extra payments for their need.
- Physical verification of extra services is given to patient and patient party, taking updation from nurses on medicine billing.
- Coordinate with the patient attenders at time of facility visit, admission, discharge.
- Resolving issues through phone calls and clarifying the doubts to customer.
- Responding to mails received from Customer.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
