**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dishwashing & Cleaning**:

- Clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment, including pots, pans, and knives.
- Ensure that dishes and glassware are thoroughly cleaned and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and ensure the work area is free from grease and food residue.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**:

- Keep kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment clean and organized at all times.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen areas at the end of the day, ensuring all waste is disposed of appropriately.
- Empty trash bins and maintain waste management practices.
- **Stocking & Inventory**:

- Help receive, check, and organize kitchen deliveries and stock supplies.
- Ensure that all kitchen cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and available for use.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized storage area for cleaning materials and equipment.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Comply with all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of food waste and hazardous cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure proper hygiene practices, including personal cleanliness and use of safety gear.
- Follow all kitchen safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Support Kitchen Team**:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized equipment when needed during service.
- Help with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, or assembling basic ingredients, when required.
- Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently by supporting the team during busy hours.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Regularly check and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to management for timely repairs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
