Enrich Lives Foundation (ELF) is a Mumbai-based non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through education and empowerment. We work with marginalized communities, focusing on sustainable impact through holistic programs.

**Role Overview**

The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing, coordinating, and enhancing the effectiveness of two flagship programs:

- **Khushiyon Ki Paatshala (KKP)**: An after-school academic support and enrichment program for marginalized children in urban slums.
- **Yuva Pragati Kendra (YPK)**: A center focused on digital literacy, soft skills, and employability training for underprivileged youth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Khushiyon Ki Paatshala (KKP)**
- Support the Education Head in **content development**, classroom strategy, and planning.
- Ensure effective implementation of the after-school curriculum and teaching methodology.
- **Monitor and address on-ground challenges** related to student engagement, staff performance, and parent participation.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and maintain **90-95% student attendance**.
- Support in conducting **parent sensitization sessions**, staff training, and academic reviews.
- Ensure that child-centric outcomes (academic, socio-emotional, creative) are tracked and improved continuously.
- Ensure timely and accurate assessments and its reporting
- Document and report field insights, success stories, and key performance indicators.

**Yuva Pragati Kendra (YPK)**
- Coordinate the **end-to-end process**: youth mobilization, training delivery, assessments, and placement support.
- Ensure **training quality** in computer literacy and personality development through regular class monitoring and trainer coordination.
- Develop partnerships with industry and local businesses to generate **placement leads** for trained youth.
- Provide **post-placement handholding** support to youths and track their job retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with alumni to ensure sustainability and long-term impact.
- Work with the monitoring team to evaluate outcomes and support continuous improvement.

**Cross-functional Responsibilities**
- Liaise with community stakeholders, local leaders, and government departments as needed.
- Take ownership of any **additional responsibilities** assigned by the Education Head or leadership team.
- Ensure timely data collection, reporting, and documentation across both programs.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in program coordination, preferably in the non-profit/education/youth development sector.
- Working knowledge of **MS Office**, basic data analysis, and reporting.
- Fluency in **Hindi, Marathi, and English** is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
