Telesales Executive

The Telesales Executive at MarQ BPO Solutions is responsible for driving sales through proactive outbound calls and lead follow-ups. This role involves promoting the company’s products and services, managing customer relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities. The executive will maintain accurate CRM records, meet sales targets, and contribute to MarQ’s market growth by delivering excellent service and effectively communicating product value.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads to introduce MarQ’s offerings, understand customer needs, and pitch relevant solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up promptly to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads effectively through targeted questioning; assess needs and budget to align offers.
- Accurately document all interactions, lead status updates, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate,average order value, call volume), and KPIs.
- Identify and recommend upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Provide constructive feedback from customer interactions to improve sales scripts, offerings, and messaging

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary Range**: ₹1,80,000 - ₹3,00,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

**Eligibility Criteria**:
Any Qualification
Fluency in English and Hindi
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
