**ey Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**:

- Maintain the general ledger by posting and verifying financial transactions.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Monitor cash flow and manage company bank accounts.
- **Compliance and Audits**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- **Taxation and Regulatory Filings**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- **Expense Management**:

- Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Prepare and analyze expense reports.
- **Other Duties**:

- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Liaise with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
