**Job Title**: Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist

**Location**: Pune ,

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Identify customer trends and insights, optimizing campaigns based on analytics to improve reach and conversions.
- **Sales Growth & Customer Acquisition**:

- Conduct outreach to potential leads generated through digital marketing efforts.
- Convert leads into customers through effective sales techniques, including follow-ups and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and objectives.
- **Lead Generation & Funnel Management**:

- Build and manage digital lead generation campaigns, focusing on quality leads and high conversion rates.
- Develop and optimize sales funnels to nurture leads from initial contact through to final sale.
- **Content Marketing & Social Media**:

- Engage with the audience, monitor social media metrics, and improve engagement based on analytics.
- **SEO & SEM Management**:

- Perform keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic reach.
- Manage SEM campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust ad copy and bids to maximize ROI.
- **Sales Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and report on digital marketing and sales performance metrics, including ROI, lead conversion rates, and sales revenue.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and/or sales roles (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,690.74 - ₹50,359.58 per month
