Responsibility

Formation of nursing service Philosophy

Formation of aims, objectives and policies of nursing services

Interviewing nurses.

Prepares Budget for nursing service department.

Evaluate confidential reports and recommends staff for promotion.

Recommend material requirement for various nursing service departments of the hospital

Carry out regular rounds of the hospital.

Ensure safe and efficient care rendered to patients in various wards etc.

Investigate all complaints regarding nursing care and personnel, and take suitable corrective action.

Maintains discipline among nursing staff.

Maintenance of confidential report and records of the Nursing Staff.

Attend hospital/intra hospital meetings and conferences.

Counsel and guide sub-ordinate staff.

Prepares duty roster, plans staff leaves and disburses salaries

Educate nursing staff and housekeeping of all categories by conducting training

Participate in Training programs, Committee meatings, Surveys, Audits etc.

Implementation of requirements of NABH standards

Active participation in Emergency Preparedness, Mock drills

Active participation in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety programs

Discharge responsibilities assigned by Top Management from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
