**Responsibilities**:

- Make and receive calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on bike service appointments
- Explain service details, pricing, and timelines to customers
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service history
- Coordinate with workshop staff for smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bike service center or related field
- Strong communication skills in Hindi
- Basic knowledge of bike service procedures
- Familiar with CRM tools or workshop management systems (preferred)
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
