**Role Overview**

As a **Counselor**, you will act as a bridge between students/professionals and our international training programs. You’ll help them understand course offerings, career pathways, and assist them in taking the next step towards their growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for student and corporate clients.
- Guide leads about available courses, events, and training programs.
- Maintain daily follow-ups and track interest, conversions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and training teams for scheduling demos or sessions.
- Maintain proper CRM records and documentation of interactions.
- Help during workshops and live events with registrations and client servicing.

**Who Should Apply?**
- Energetic, confident, and excellent at speaking Hindi/English fluently.
- Minimum 1 year experience in **counseling, telecalling, or client support** roles.
- Comfortable with phone-based interactions and basic tech tools (Excel, CRM, Google Meet).
- Presentable, well-spoken, and eager to help people grow.
