Responsibilities
- **Customer service**: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- **Customer retention**: Develop and implement programs to retain customers and build long-term relationships.
- **Customer satisfaction**: Conduct surveys to measure customer satisfaction and use the data to improve customer experience.
- **Marketing**: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- **Data analysis**: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Provide reports on CRM data to help management make decisions.
- **Competitor analysis**: Monitor competitors and their strategies to identify areas for improvement.
- **System management**: Design and implement CRM systems, and ensure they integrate well with other systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work with sales, marketing, IT, and other departments to improve customer experience.
Skills Strong communication skills, Project management skills, Data analysis skills, Knowledge of digital marketing principles, and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
