**EXECUTIVE (E-COMMERCE)**

**Department**:Marketing

**Overview**:Responsible for managing and growing the company’s B2B online presence and sales, and involves developing and executing B2B e-commerce strategies, optimizing the online store, managing product listings, and driving online sales - primarily through enquiries from different customers on the platforms

**Scope of Work**:
**B2B E-commerce Platform Management**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's B2B e-commerce platforms
- Ensure smooth functioning of the website, including product listings, pricing, and inventory
- Optimize website performance and user experience
- Stay updated with the latest B2B e-commerce trends and technologies

**Product Listing & Management**
- Create and optimize product listings with detailed descriptions, images, and specifications
- Manage product categories and hierarchies
- Ensure accurate product information and pricing
- Monitor product inventory levels and update accordingly

**Order Processing & Customer Support**
- Process customer enquiries & orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

**Sales & Performance Analysis**
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, average order value)
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to management
- Utilize analytics tools to track customer behavior and preferences
- Identify trends and patterns to optimize marketing efforts
- Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with Manager - Marketing

**Experience**:Minimum 3 years

**Industry**:Preferred - Chemical Manufacturing

**Qualifications**:UG or PG Level

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
