**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support E-commerce Operations**: Assist in the day-to-day management of the online business across B2C and B2B platforms, ensuring smooth operations.
- **Product Listings & Catalog Management**: Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications are uploaded and updated regularly across all e-commerce platforms.
- **Sales Monitoring**: Track online sales and performance metrics, identify trends, and assist in reporting to drive business growth.
- **Pricing & Promotions**: Assist in implementing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and margins.
- **Customer Engagement & Support**: Handle customer inquiries and support issues related to online orders and product information.
- **Market Research**: Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends in pricing, promotions, and offerings.
- **Content Management**: Help create and update product content and online advertisements, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
- **Order Management**: Monitor and assist in the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery and returns management.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Assist in maintaining records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- **Payment and Reconciliation Support**: Assist in tracking payments, ensuring timely reconciliation of receivables.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with skills in using Excel functions like Pivot Tables and V/H Lookups.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools is preferred.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma in Digital Marketing or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably in the Chemical, Hardware, or Construction industry.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape, product cataloging, and sales reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
