**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to acquire new customers for insurance products (Life, Health, General Insurance).
- Generate leads through cold calling, field activity, and referrals.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and premium terms clearly to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM regularly.
- Attend team meetings, training, and sales review sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance or financial products.
- Interested Freshers can also apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Chennai.
- Any graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
