**Job Overview**:
The Office Coordinator (Inter-Department Coordination) is responsible for managing and streamlining communication between various departments. This role involves keeping centralized updates for the entire department, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring smooth collaboration to enhance operational efficiency across teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inter-Department Coordination**:
Act as the central point of contact for all departments to ensure smooth and effective communication.
Facilitate the sharing of work updates between departments and ensure all relevant teams are kept informed.
Schedule and coordinate inter-department meetings and discussions to track project progress, align priorities, and resolve issues.
Foster collaboration by ensuring that departments are aware of each other's needs and timelines, and assist in resolving cross-departmental challenges.
**Centralized Work Updates**:
Collect and maintain regular updates from all departments (e.g., project statuses, timelines, blockers) to create a comprehensive view of ongoing work.
Create and manage centralized dashboards or shared documents that provide current status updates for all key projects and initiatives.
Ensure that updates are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders, including management.
Compile weekly or monthly reports summarizing progress and upcoming tasks for all teams.
**Point of Contact for Departmental Inquiries**:
Serve as the first point of contact for any inter-departmental questions or issues.
Address inquiries related to ongoing projects, team priorities, or departmental timelines.
Provide guidance and support to teams on best practices for communication and project updates.
**Project and Task Management Support**:
Support department heads and team leads with scheduling and prioritizing tasks across different teams.
Track the completion of tasks and project milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with resolving conflicts or bottlenecks that arise between teams and escalate issues when necessary.
**Facilitate Cross-Departmental Initiatives**:
Coordinate joint initiatives that require collaboration across multiple departments.
Ensure that resources, time, and priorities are aligned for the success of collaborative projects.
Act as a liaison to ensure all departments involved in shared projects are consistently updated and on track.
**Maintain Communication Channels**:
Develop and maintain systems to streamline communication (e.g., shared calendars, communication platforms).
Ensure consistent and transparent communication across departments by setting up regular check-ins, updates, or reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve communication challenges to ensure information flows seamlessly across all teams.
**Administrative and Organizational Support**:
Manage calendars for inter-departmental meetings and project timelines.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring all departments are well-prepared.
Assist with other administrative tasks as necessary to support the smooth operation of inter-departmental processes.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in office coordination or project management, with a focus on inter-departmental communication.
Familiarity with project management tools MS office, Excel, Powerpoint.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with teams across different departments.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
