We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial direction, driving performance, and supporting business growth. This role includes managing the finance, accounting, treasury, and risk management functions while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s overall objectives and long-term growth.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and KPIs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the company’s capital structure, cash flow, and funding strategies, including debt and equity financing.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with tax laws, and readiness for audits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Oversee treasury, procurement, and financial systems to optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Collaborate with other executive leaders to align financial planning with operational goals.
- Present financial information to the board of directors and participate in strategic discussions.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
