**Job Summary**:
As an F&BM Payments - Unit Cost Associate within the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Unit Costing Team, you will be tasked with the development and implementation of unit costs for the Payments business using an Activity Based Costing methodology. You will be working closely with senior Product Managers, Business Managers, and respective Operations/Technology management teams to derive appropriate unit costs to promote pricing and profitability analytics. Your role will also involve building complex Alteryx models and Tableau reporting views, requiring a strong knowledge of QlikSense. You will be collaborating with the Pricing and Product Management teams to align how the unit costs help promote commercial deal pricing for the firm. Your role will be crucial in coordinating with the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Allocations team to ensure unit costs are incorporated in the firm’s financial reporting system.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Build complex Alteryx models as well tableau reporting views. A strong knowledge of QlikSense is also required.
- Collaborate with the Pricing and Product Management teams to engage and align how the unit costs help drive commercial deal pricing for the firm.
- Work with the global Payments Unit Costing team on the annual planning cycle and volume collation processes.
- Coordinate with CIB Allocations team to ensure unit costs are incorporated in the firm’s financial reporting system

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Qualified graduate with minimum of 3+ years of relevant financial services experience, with finance and/or operations experience
- Demonstrates analytical skills and ability to present findings in a concise and logical manner to stakeholders
- Demonstrates communication and influencing skills as well as organizational and project management skills (i.e., ability to define /create processes and execute complicated processes)
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a self-starter who is able to research issues/problems and develop solutions with the team
