**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute **branding and PR strategies** to improve brand awareness and positioning.
- Manage **media relations**, build relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry experts for coverage.
- Create and distribute **press releases, articles, and thought leadership content** to enhance brand credibility.
- Oversee **online reputation management (ORM)** by monitoring brand mentions and addressing feedback proactively.
- Collaborate with **social media, content, and marketing teams** to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Plan and execute **digital PR campaigns**, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze PR and branding efforts using **analytics tools**, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Organize and manage **virtual events, press conferences, and brand collaborations** to engage with the target audience.
- Ensure brand messaging aligns with **business goals and market positioning**.
- Stay updated on **industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging branding strategies**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in **public relations, media management, and branding**.
- Strong understanding of **digital PR, media outreach, and influencer marketing**.
- Excellent **communication, writing, and relationship-building skills**.
- Hands-on experience with **PR tools, media databases, and online reputation platforms**.
- Knowledge of **SEO, content marketing, and social media trends** is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
