**ob Title: Production Planning and Control (PPC)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Production Planning: Develop production schedules, timelines, and plans to meet customer demand and production targets.**

**2. Material Planning: Plan and procure raw materials, components, and other resources required for production.**

**3. Capacity Planning: Determine production capacity, allocate resources, and optimize production processes.**

**4. Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, including material requirements, labor allocation, and machine utilization.**

**5. Monitoring and Control: Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.**

**6. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.**

**7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality control, to ensure smooth production operations.**

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**

**2. Excellent communication and coordination skills**

**3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines**

**4. Knowledge of production planning and control principles, inventory management, and supply chain management**

**5. Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning software, and other relevant tools**

**Goals and Objectives**:
**1. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers**

**2. Optimize production processes and resource utilization**

**3. Minimize inventory levels and reduce waste**

**4. Improve production efficiency and productivity**

**5. Enhance collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams**

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
