Monitor and maintain Citrix environment 24/7, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during overnight hours.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems before they become critical.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and upgrades as necessary.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Document procedures, incidents, and solutions for future reference

**Primary Skills**
- Strong experience with Citrix technologies, including Virtual Apps/Desktop (MCS), and DaaS.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Min. 4 years of experience required

**Secondary Skills**
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work overnight and be available to respond to incidents outside of normal business hours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Virtual Apps/Desktop (MCS), and DaaS
