**Job Description**:

- Citrix VDI, AWS Workspaces, Azure VDS
- Strong experience with Desktop virtualization technologies like (Citrix, AWS Workspaces or Azure VDS)
- Understands client computing & end users' services environment
- Windows Image build process & automation experience
- Windows patching experience, working with and troubleshooting end user issues.
- Common tools like SCCM, McAfee, MS Defender.
- Knowledge of active directory and domain joined infrastructure
- Experience with CI/CD or automation will be added advantage

**Primary skills**:

- Citrix VDI, AWS Workspaces, Azure VDS
