Manage vendor invoices, ensure accurate data entry, and process payments.
- Track and reconcile customer payments.
- Issue and follow up on invoices for outstanding payments.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded properly in the financial system.
- Assist in the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and track employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of financial data into the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
- Provide required documentation and data during audit processes.
- Assist in preparing tax returns, VAT filings, and other regulatory submissions.
- Support the senior accounting team with administrative duties as needed.
- Liaise with other departments for financial information and reporting.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internships may be considered).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
