**HEALTHTRIP** is recruiting Applicant For “**Medical Query Handling**” on urgent basis.

**POST:

- Medical Query Handling.**

**LOCATION**:

- Jasola, Near Apollo Metro, Okhla

**COMPANY:

- **Healthtrip enables users to find and avail the best medical treatment across India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE and Turkey, including booking flights, hotels, interpreters and getting teleconsults, medicine delivery and medical loans. Healthtrip is also launching a cross border health insurance in Bangladesh which will offer coverage on international treatments.

**Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

- **
- A bachelor’s degree in any field
- Understanding of medical reports is an advantage.
- Knowledge of key medical reports such as pathology reports and general-health checks.
- Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.
- The ability to work independently and multitask.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Scheduling appointments for patients, nurses, and doctors.
- Guiding staff and patients through admissions and correct medical administrative protocols
- Checking and verifying information on patient medical records.
- Coordinating admissions and discharge of patients.
- Consulting with doctors and nurses about patients' medical records.
- Ensuring that forms and documents are correctly filled in.
- Handling complaints and queries professionally.
- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
- Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them
- Can communicate and coordinate with doctors, hospital managements and patients attendants.
- Can coordinate efficiently patient’s arrivals, patient’s stay, hospital admission and discharge.
- Can assure the overall health trip service to the patients.
- Can keep records of the patient’s health history, treatment plans and suggested follow ups.
- Can arrange patients travel documents like visa extension and passport expiry if needed.
