**Job Profile: Client Support Executive**

As the Client Support Executive you will be handling all customer queries across various platforms on which we market our products. You will act as a liaison between the company and its customers and resolve their apprehensions. 1Magnolia Lane thrives on its strong customer relationships and hence this role will be pivotal for the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle all customer queries, provide appropriate solutions to those queries and take follow up to ensure resolution of the same.
- Receive communication across all current platforms -Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Via phone. Resolve all customer queries that arise.
- Record all customer interactions and utilize this data to generate potential Leads.
- Build sustainable relationships with potential and current customers via regular and thorough interactions.
- Should be able to handle queries related to product customization and route them to the concerned divisions at the company, ensuring resolution of these doubts within time.
**Job Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate from any specialization.
- Experience - 1 to 3 Yrs. in a Customer Support Role, Luxury sector is preferred.
- Excellent Communication skills - Spoken & Written (Languages preferred: English, Hindi).
- Must be Customer-Centric and be able to handle all queries with utmost Professionalism.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
