Client Servicing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a client service executive trainee in the fast-paced world of marketing and advertising. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience and develop a strong foundation in client service, account management, and project coordination. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to kickstart their career in the industry.
In this role, you will be working closely with our client service team to support and assist in various client projects. You will learn how to nurture client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. You will also have the chance to collaborate with different departments, including creative, strategy, and analytics, to deliver exceptional results to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and serving as a point of contact.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of client objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and highlight areas for improvement.
- Support the client service team in preparing proposals and pitches for potential clients.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing and advertising trends to bring innovative ideas to client projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles and strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
