- Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for employees or clients.
- Customize training materials and curriculum to meet the specific needs of the audience.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously enhance training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners to facilitate their skill development and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
