**ROLE** : Retail Trainer

**SALARY**: 15k - 22k

**JOB LOCATION** : Chennai

**QUALIFICATION**: B.A Literature/ Any relevant

**EXPERIENCE**: Freshers / Relevant experience

**MODE OF WORK**: Office & Travel

**LANGUAGES**: Tamil & English

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
1. Train and guide new trainees

2. Monitor all the trainees are performing job responsibilities according to training

3. Support and mentor new trainees

4. Track attendance of the new trainees

5. Visit outlets for audit

6. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

**JOB REQUISITION**:
1. Excellent verbal & written communication skills

2. Data-driven

3. Training skills

4. Team management

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
