Assistant Trainer Job Description:
**Role Overview**:
The Assistant Trainer plays a crucial role in supporting the training process within an educational or corporate setting. They work closely with the lead trainer to ensure effective delivery of training programs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Review and Preparation:

- Read and Understand CBSE Curriculum: The Assistant Trainer should thoroughly review the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) curriculum to gain insights into the topics, learning objectives, and assessment methods.
- Daily Preparation: Before each class, the Assistant Trainer ensures that all necessary materials, documents, and teaching aids are ready. This includes lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and any other resources.

2. Classroom Delivery:

- Effective Teaching: The Assistant Trainer conducts classes, ensuring that the content is delivered effectively. They engage students, answer questions, and facilitate discussions.
- Documenting Progress: The Assistant Trainer maintains a weekly report card for each class, tracking student performance, attendance, and any challenges faced during teaching.

3. Administrative Tasks:

- Materials Management: The Assistant Trainer organizes and manages all required teaching materials, including textbooks, reference books, and multimedia resources.
- Record Keeping: They maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and feedback.
- Assist in Special Projects: The Assistant Trainer collaborates on special projects related to curriculum development, workshops, or training events.

4. Qualifications and Requirements:

- Educational Background: A degree in a science-related field (such as Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Mathematics) is preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in training or teaching.
- Strong Communication Skills: The Assistant Trainer must effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and parents. Both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust teaching methods based on student needs.
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in fostering learning and growth.

**Remuneration**:

- Probation (3 months): Monthly salary of ₹9,000.
- Full-Time Position: Monthly salary of ₹18,000.
