Job Description:

- Keeping track of flight schedules, cancellations, and delays to ensure that customers are notified of any changes to their itineraries
- Resolving customer complaints and helping them with concerns or problemsProcessing refunds, requests for transfers, or other ticket changes
- Explaining travel rules and regulations to customers, including baggage fees, security screenings, and visas requirements
- Explaining insurance products offered by the airline such as trip cancellation coverage or lost luggage reimbursement
- Selling airfare packages such as vacation packages or car rentals
- Explaining different fare classes and their prices, including taxes and fees
- Explaining the rules of the aircraft to passengers who are boarding the plane or have been bumped from their flight
- Taking reservations over the phone or via computer from prospective customers.

Key-skills:

- Proven track record in air ticketing will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.

Qualification:
Bachelors/ Diploma in tourism industry

**Salary**: ₹9,496.81 - ₹34,129.47 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
