- Responsible for ART Center upgradation
- Responsible for Exhibition, ARGUS handling and planning end to end.

**Customer Relations**
- Responsible for Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey and working upon the areas identified post survey analysis.

**Business Intelligence**
- Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects at OEMs & Tier-1s
- Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability
- Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same.

**Self-development**
- Attend training programs (behavioral/ technical), seminars conducted/sponsored by company
- Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills, regular participation in exhibition, trade fares etc.
