" "1-Material receiving - need to inform in group if there is any difference in received challan, 2-Time wise checklist - make a time bound list, 3-Need to make and maintain Closing / Opening standard of outlet, 4-Void bill - mention the customer number, its mandatory to mention it why he/she cancelled it on immediate. 5-Customer feedback form need to send it every day whatever it’s negative or positive, send it in envelope to CRM department. 6-Maintenance of all the files and challan, 7-Respect of HR policies and maintain that importance at outlet & convey to all staff related to HR policies to follow it, 8-DSC overview on daily basis " "1-Target achieving, 2-Cashier report overview on priority, 3-Team OJE Planning on priority, 4-Need to inform management regarding the requirements & problems which a Manager is facing while monitoring the outlet.
