**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
Event Representation
- Represent Zudu.AI at major events like GITEX and other conferences or trade shows.
- Confidently engage with booth visitors, pitch Zudu’s value proposition, and answer product-related queries.
- Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and professional presence at all times.
Sales and Lead Management
- Collect, manage, and qualify leads from events and ongoing campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings (via Zoom or in-person).
- Work closely with the internal team to move prospects from interest to closure.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-up actions, and key notes.
Product Demonstration
- Develop a solid understanding of Zudu’s AI-driven solutions.
- Provide virtual or in-person product demos tailored to client needs.
- Handle basic technical and functional queries during the sales process.
Coordination and Administration
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in drafting post-event reports, data analysis, and documentation.
- Monitor sales metrics and support reporting tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, customer support, business development, or event roles.
- Location: Must reside in or around Singapore and be available to attend events like GITEX in person.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Sales Attitude: Proactive, persuasive, and enthusiastic about learning and selling.
- Tech Savvy: Interest in AI, automation, or SaaS; technical background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain CRM accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work and flexible with travel during event periods.
