We're Hiring for the below position.

Position: Process Associate

Company Profile: Kriya NextWealth Private Limited. Kriya was started in the year 2010, and saw steady growth, having delivered niche projects for international clients KRIYA currently has four delivery centers located in Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh), Vellore (Tamil Nadu),Mysuru, Bangalore & Hubli (Karnataka) with a workforce of more than 1600+. Kriya operates in the areas of data preparation and pre-processing for AI/ML models, voice-based services, computer vision, and allied services.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Individual should have a sound understanding of operations and should handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks.

2.Ensure to meet the quality standards as per the given SLA.

3.Need to validate, curate, and enrich the data as per SOP.

4. Need to be agile in working dynamic work force.

5. Escalations to be prioritized and highlighted to the leads/managers on time.

6.Coordinate with client POC’s to clarify updates and need to have ability to comprehend the content to make effective decisions.

7. Strong mindset to understand the changing needs and ability to adapt.

**Preferred qualification**:
3. Expected to have strong business communication skills and ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely.

4. He/she must be proficient in MS Excel and should have ability to mine voluminous data for specific detail according to instructions provided.

6.Must be familiar to navigate in internet and should have ability to research techniques on the internet and find required information
